The Lemonade Stand created itself and we are sure happy it did. Here's our story in a nutshell... The three of us had been independently running our own photography businesses shooting weddings, editorial features and freelance portraits for 10-12 years when we all found ourselves in the same position-blissfully happy, successful photographers and new moms. Needing to keep food on the table, we all kept our noses to the grindstone at work and tried to perfect the art of juggling both family life and career. We all know that having a baby brings on a whole new lifestyle with new friends and with all of our mother groups, playgroups, kids gyms, music classes, playground outings and preschools, we became pretty swamped with portrait requests. And that's more than fine with us. Like the advice given to writers - it's best to photograph what you know and love.
